MATT LOEWENSTEIN

Matt Loewenstein was born and raised in Manalapan, NJ and has lived in Ewing, NJ, Swedesboro, NJ, and Voorhees, NJ. He comes from a background of 6 years in electrical engineering and real estate and brings expertise in marketing, housing price analysis, and self accountability to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Matt Loewenstein attended The College of New Jersey and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering, and his skills in engineering give him a unique insight into how to find the best deals on the market.

Matt Loewenstein entered the Real Estate world in order to provide better for his family while helping people accomplish home ownership and hasn’t looked back. He is always determined to use his high level of expertise in the local real estate market to make every step smooth and stress free.

Matt Loewenstein currently lives in Voorhees, NJ. He spends his free time volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, researching real estate, hiking, and playing sports.
